A La Jolla Seafood Weekend: Where to Eat, Walk, and Watch the Tide

La Jolla puts oceanfront dining and walkable coves within a short stroll of each other, so a two-day seafood weekend here means terrace lunches, tide-level dinners, and morning walks past the sea lions. This guide names the tables to book, the beaches to pair them with, and a simple two-day plan.

How Spotlights work

Questions

Questions destination teams ask.

For destinations, answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) mean giving AI clear, official pages to answer from.

Will I get something I can put in front of my board?

Yes. Any completed week can become a board report: a PDF or copy-ready bullets.

How does this work with my partner ecosystem?

Drifter shows which local places AI names and which sources it cites. When a partner owns the fix, you get a brief to send them.

Can this support seasonal campaigns and events?

Yes. Spotlights watch a campaign, season, or event, like spring break, without changing your main report.

How does this fit alongside SEO?

It doesn’t replace SEO. SEO is for search results. Drifter works on AI answers, and clearer official pages often help both.
